Our Leadership Skillsets are intensive development sessions focused on a specific area of leadership.
Participants develop new skills and have the option to gain CMI accreditation via SkillsetsPlus.
Develop your leaders with the right knowledge, skills and behaviours
We are going live with four Skillsets to choose from and we’ll be adding to the series overtime:
- Stepping up to Leadership (2 day)
- Managing Change in the Workplace (1 day)
- Building Personal & Team Resilience (1 day)
- Coaching & Mentoring (2 day – c. 4 weeks apart)
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your business capability with practical skills delivered over just 1 or 2 days. Perfect if you prefer flexibility to access specific Skillsets directly relevant to your needs.
Each Leadership Skillset is only £95 per person, per day. This includes a pdf workbook.
The Skillsets can be delivered as an online programme or, if you have multiple people within one business, we can arrange for the sessions to be delivered face to face at your site.
Leadership SkillsetsPlus to gain CMI accreditation
There is the option to turn one of our Skillsets programmes into a full CMI accreditation. For an additional fee of £420 per person, your leaders can gain a CMI award by completing a work based assignment.
