How Leadership in Action gets results for your business
We work in partnership with you to implement a four-stage success plan.
Here’s how we do it:
Stage 1 - Consultation
Meeting with your key stakeholders, we put our heads together to determine the key issues and identify success criteria. We establish what you want to achieve, how managers/leaders can develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours to achieve this – and how this relates to your existing business strategy.
Stage 2 – The Action Plan
With all we’ve learned, we collaborate to create a workable action plan designed for maximum success and minimum disruption. It enables us both to know what must be put in place, what our primary focus is, and what success will look like when we get there.
Stage 3 - Implementation
It’s time to test the water and put the plan in action! As things move forward, we’ll regularly review progress and measure results against the agreed objectives. Where necessary, we’ll tweak the plan to ensure managers/leaders stay on course.
Stage 4 – Evaluation and measuring Return on Investment
At the agreed appropriate time, we come together to evaluate the results of the success plan. We measure against the original success criteria to note the achievements and establish what comes next for further growth and maximised return. With this information, we can demonstrate the return on your investment to your key stakeholders.
